This House started out as a rather drab “mission brown” 1960s builder’s special taking little advantage of potentially spectacular views. and good solar orientation.

Scott and Helena Daley commissioned TT Architecture to complete a significant makeover and resolve the existing unsatisfactory solar orientation. Their brief was to create a design providing an upgraded architectural impact, appropriate addition spaces and combine both in a highly environmentally sensitive manner.

The successful resolution of this brief has led to this house achieving local and national awards. The home has appeared on the television show ‘House and Garden’
